How long does it take to manufacture and prepare a piece of furniture before shipping?

All furniture are handmade and takes an average of 3-5 weeks from drop date to be made and prepared. Production period is subject to change depending on order quantity and schedule. We always inform you by e-mail about the production period and the production end date of your furniture by e-mail. Once finished, the carrier picks up the furniture at the workshop.

Once the furniture is sent for shipment, do you provide a tracking number?

When the carrier picks up your furniture, we immediately send you the tracking number by e-mail.

Can I request a change of dimensions?

We do not modify the dimensions of our furniture.

Can you ship furniture outside of Canada and the United States?

Yes, we ship primarily to Canada and the United States where shipping is free. We can ship internationally where shipping will be paid for by the customer. If so, contact us via email before purchasing

When we talk about solid wood we mean that all our furniture is made of solid wood only. No veneer, no transformed wood products.

What kind of finish do you apply to your furniture?

Each of our furniture is finished with Rubio Monocoat linseed-based polymerized oil in a satin finish, an oil certified Fit For Food, a European certification for products determined to be safe for contact with food. Also offering excellent water and heat resistance, making it ideal for kitchens and bathrooms. Ecological, it contains no VOC unlike a range of finishing products. To the touch and to the eye, it provides the most natural appearance of all finishes, enhancing the innate warmth of wood.
